The Culture Intelligence Assessment provides predictive behavioral data intended to supplement — not replace — your hiring judgment. While we maintain high predictive accuracy (90%+), assessment results should be used as one factor among many in employment decisions.
We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes. The Service provides data and insights; employment decisions remain your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of assessment data complies with all applicable employment laws, including but not limited to anti-discrimination laws, the EEOC Uniform Guidelines, and any state or local regulations governing pre-employment testing.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the use of the Service. This includes assessment methodologies, business strategies, and any data marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivium Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
