The Trivium Culture Index Agent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Culture Intelligence platform, including the website, Slack agent, and web application (collectively, the “Service”). Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and billing details when you sign up.
  • Assessment Data: Responses submitted by candidates and team members through the Culture Intelligence Assessment.
  • Communications: Messages you send through Slack, email, or our web app when interacting with our team or agent. The Trivium Culture Index Agent only reads messages in channels where it is explicitly @mentioned or when a user interacts with it via a direct message or slash command. It does not actively monitor or log unrelated channel conversations.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies to maintain session state and analytics cookies to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and deliver behavioral assessment results
  • Provide consulting and expert guidance

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Assessment data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account cancellation or if you uninstall the Trivium Culture Index Agent from your Slack workspace, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
